The 416-SO-CLEAN tile and grout 5-Step cleaning process consist of:​

1. Full inspection of your tile and grout in order to develop a customized cleaning strategy. 
2. An application of environmental friendly cleaning condition is applied to the tile and grout to suspend the soil. A process similar to soaking your dishes in soup to loosen dirt and grime. 
3. Manual brushing of the tile and grout to remove as much dirt as possible.
   
4. High pressured Hot Water cleaning is then performed using a high-powered, truck mounted, state-of-the-art technology that removes dirt and grime. The use of specialty tile and grout built-in suction tool will retrieves all soiled water and residues and will avoid any soiling or over spray of baseboards or walls.
5. For heavily soiled stone and grout, extra manual agitation is performed.​
