​Why settle for upholstery cleaning when you can have detailed Deep Clean upholstery cleaning that removes the toughest soils and stains?

Cleaning of fine fabrics requires specialized knowledge of the many different materials used in upholstery. The 416-SO-CLEAN process begins with identification of the fabric type, followed by an inspection to determine the actual dye stability on the fabric.

If the fabric is non colourfast or a type of fabric that is natural and sensitive to moisture, we recommend dry clean option. This will guarantee no shrinkage, no damage and no loss of sizing, resins or flame retardant.

Otherwise, we recommend low-moisture, hot-water extraction Deep Clean, available exclusively from 416-SO-CLEAN. This is always the option recommended for any fabric (even the delicate one) with water based spots and stains since it is the only effective option to remove these spots.

Using the wrong type of cleaning method or cleaning conditioner could easily cause damages, such as fabric shrinkage, color transfer or color run (also known as bleeding or crocking).

​Dry Cleaning Method

​In the Dry Cleaning method, we apply an ECO-Dry Cleaning system that employs a GreenEarth® cleaning solution, an environmentally-friendly dry cleaning process that uses pure liquid silicone as its cleaning agent. Silicone is clear, odourless, and non toxic. When released to the environment, silicone decomposes into three natural elements: sand, trace amount of water, and carbon dioxide.

​GreenEarth® is so safe for the air, water and soil that the EPA (environmental Protection Agency) does not regulate it. GreenEarth® is not a volatile organic compound (VOC). It is non toxic and non hazardous. In fact, you could safely rub it on your skin – and probably already do. That’s because GreenEarth® solution is pure liquid silicone-essentially liquefied sand – the same base ingredient found in everyday shampoo, soups and lotions.

​Wet Cleaning Method

​In the Wet Cleaning method, we use the latest advanced low-moisture hot-water extracting (aka Steam Clean) fine fabric tools and products that allow the controlled application of just enough water to perform a deep clean while enabling fabric to dry in less than four hours.

These conditioners and low-moisture tools are especially formulated for delicate fabrics. We use safe, non-toxic and 100% biodegradable cleaning product that meets and exceeds environmental Protection Agency.
